Clubhouse Renovations, Page 9 - Updated 3/18/07

Things are rapidly falling into place as construction turns to finishing work.

• The Pro Shop is finished with Nick working hard at cleaning and stocking it with lots of new clothes.
• The restaurant seating area is 95% done with just some finishing trim needed.
• The Ladies' Locker room is 99% done with just a few minor things left to do.
• There's all new flooring from the front entrance door, through the restaurant and down the employee hallway.
• The new public restrooms just need the stall partitions installed.
• Nick's new office now has that "Nick occupied look"!
• Finishing Painting and trim work should be complete very soon

The new kitchen is also moving along nicely with some new equipment in place and ready to be installed.

• Kitchen floor is completely tiled
• New kitchen wall covering is mostly complete
• New dishwashing area is complete
• New service are is almost complete.

The Grille Room...........well.....it needs work still as there's lots of stuff being stored there. Other then new carpet and a re-finished bar, it'll remain mostly the same as it was before.

This is the new Service Bar in the meeting room area	New Service Area for Outings located on right side of clubhouse. You can see Grill Room doors in back.
Preparing new patio. You can see the low wall in front of the bucket.	Plywood and shingles are going on.
